How EntroPilot works.

From the problem and the process to the documents you end up with – plus answers to common questions.

The problem

Startups rarely fail because of the idea – often because of the paperwork.

There are plenty of guides and checklists. Yet it often stays unclear what actually matters for your plan.

Information is scattered

University programmes, chambers of commerce, funding bodies, official sources and individual advisors – all in different places and not equally up to date.

It’s unclear what is relevant

Which details does your document need, and for which purpose? Is the information still current? And where is solid evidence missing?

Chatbots write, but don’t prove

General AI chatbots produce text quickly. But what is your input, what is an assumption, what has a source and what needs legal clarification stays invisible.

International students face an extra hurdle: how founding a company interacts with their residence status is hard to understand. In a workshop for international students with around 100 participants, exactly these questions came up again and again.

How it works

Guided – instead of alone with a blank document.

EntroPilot only asks the questions that fit your situation, and always shows you what is backed up and what is still missing.

  1. 01Profile

    Set your situation and goal

Profile, study or career phase, region and document purpose are captured separately. You then only get questions that apply to your situation.

  2. 02Content

    Guided questions and research

Seven specialised AI roles work on idea, market, planning, finances, writing and quality. A lead agent bundles follow-up questions and checks for contradictions before anything is released.

  3. 03Numbers

    Finances calculated, not guessed

The AI helps you estimate; the maths runs in a verifiable calculation engine – not in the language model. Unknown values stay open and never silently become €0.

  4. 04Review

    Review, share, export

A criteria report checks your draft against a versioned criteria catalogue. With your consent, advisors can comment directly; export as DOCX.

Planned entry pointA free document check with six questions shows how far along you are and which topics are open – no account, and nothing stored before you consent.

What you get

A document project you can actually follow.

Not a one-off block of text, but versioned documents you can revise and discuss with your advisor.

  • Financial planRevenue, costs, financing – calculated transparently
  • Source packEvery market statement has a retrievable source or is flagged as an assumption
  • Criteria reportWhat is met, what is missing and what needs manual clarification
  • Version historyEarlier drafts are kept, changes become visible
  • Revision suggestionsConcrete next steps instead of generic tips
Market report in the prototype with a notice about incomplete evidence
Market report with evidence coverage. Statements link to stored sources. Where evidence is missing, the report says so – gaps stay flagged as assumptions or open points.
Financial planning in the prototype in five steps with a results overview
Financial planning in five steps. Revenue, costs, timing, financing, review. The AI estimates and explains; the engine does the maths.
Business plan view in the prototype with Business Model Canvas, versions and DOCX export
Business plan with versions. Canvas, chapters, finances and review in one place. When your input changes, EntroPilot shows which draft is based on older data.
Free document check in the prototype, question 1 of 6
Document check. Six short questions on your plan, market, implementation and evidence – an easy way to start.

All images are real screenshots from the prototype with test data; the interface is currently in German. Features and design may still change before launch.

Truth logic

Nothing is made up

External facts are backed by sources or flagged as assumptions. EntroPilot never invents personal documents, customer contacts or permits.

Advice

Shared only with consent

You decide whether your startup advisor can read along. Advisors can comment and prioritise open points – the decisions stay yours.

Privacy

Built for Germany

The prototype runs open language models locally. The platform is planned to be operated in Germany.

International students and graduates

Solo founders

You are founding alone or in a small team and want documents you understand yourself and can discuss with your advisor.

Partners

Universities and startup advisory services

Better-prepared cases: completeness, sources and open points are visible before the appointment. Interested in a pilot conversation? Get in touch.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How much does EntroPilot cost?

Prices have not been set yet; we are currently validating them with founders and universities. Joining the waitlist is free and without obligation, and people on the list get early access.

A free document check is planned as the entry point.

Does EntroPilot replace startup or legal advice?

No. EntroPilot prepares documents. It does not replace individual legal advice, makes no decisions on behalf of authorities and does not promise any permit or funding approval.

That is exactly why EntroPilot shows which points you should clarify with an advisor, a chamber or an authority – and, with your consent, you can share your documents directly with advisors.

When does it launch?

EntroPilot is a working prototype that so far uses test or anonymised data. A supervised pilot with real cases is planned for 2027 – only after a legal and data protection review. There is no fixed launch date yet; the waitlist will hear about it first.

What happens to my data?

We store your email address and optional details only to inform you about the launch and early access. The data is held by our service provider Supabase in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking.

An email to muhammed-enes.bayraktutan@h-da.de is enough and we will delete your entry. Details in the privacy policy.

Does it work outside Hesse?

The first product stage follows the requirements in Hesse (Hessen). Other German states will follow only once their sources have been reviewed and approved – translating the criteria alone is not enough. Cases EntroPilot does not cover are referred to qualified advisors.

Who is behind EntroPilot?

A small founding team from Darmstadt, started at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences. Questions or ideas? Just write to us: muhammed-enes.bayraktutan@h-da.de
